Our family has been blessed by Liberty Elementary since 2018.  All three of my children have attended Liberty and every year we have been met with excellent teachers, staff and administrators that love what they do.  Not only are my kids receiving an excellent education that meets them where they are at, but they are also being nurtured and cared for in a way that makes it easy to drop them off every day.  The ways that Liberty has blessed my family are innumerable and I will always be thankful for how this school has shaped their childhood.

Liberty Elementary School has been such a wonderful place for our family. The school provides resources and support for all types of learners, so both of our kids—who are very different—are thriving. The administrators, teachers and staff truly go above and beyond and are always approachable. It’s not uncommon to hear “you can’t go wrong at Liberty!” when you tell someone who your child’s teacher is, because they all have such an excellent reputation that extends well into the community. The caring environment and the connections we’ve made have exceeded our expectations and Liberty Elementary is a school we are proud to be a part of.Kristin Volz, Parent

Not only is Liberty Elementary family to us, but it’s a place my kids (not to mention myself) love going to every day. The staff is always smiling, saying hello, giving high fives - extending joy all day long. Mrs. Patton and her team prioritize excellent education but even more importantly, they value the whole child and the whole family. We love this school and the district!  My kids feel loved and seen every day they walk into that building.  We have loved being part of a small district in the middle of downtown Franklin that truly cares for ALL of their students and staff.

I was anxious when each of my three children finished preschool because “real school” could never compare to the loving warmth of compassionate teachers and welcoming classrooms in those early years. Liberty Elementary was the perfect academic environment to be the soft landing of that intimidating jump for my kids and my family into the next stage of growth and learning for Kindergarten through 4th grade. Within one of the highest-achieving districts in the state, LES has given my kids an incredible education by understanding them as unique and capable learners and by relying on assessment data to meet each of them at an appropriately challenging academic level through enrichment and interventions skillfully measured against each grade’s learning standards. Then, after the busy school days, many teachers choose to spend personal time cheering on their students at extracurricular events!  The supportive LES community of administrators, faculty, staff, and families has proven time-and-again that we step up to help each other in times of need and that we find ways to connect through a variety of school-sponsored events and initiatives.  Over nine years as a parent within the LES community, I have seen the outcome of LES graduates: they are Responsible, Organized, Always Safe, and Respectful. My family will always be incredibly thankful for our time at LES and for the amazing individuals there who guided and supported us along the way. Katie Van Winkle, Parent

We love everything about Liberty Elementary School. What makes Liberty special, though, is the way the staff and teachers love our kids! They see each student individually and recognize the value that they bring to the school. Our kids feel known, seen, and cared for at Liberty.  Meaghan Odom, Parent
